Bechtel

Bechtel, the global engineering and construction company, required a “core” management skills development programme for delivery throughout its EMEA region by local, internal facilitators.

 

Loxton Consulting Group designed a six-module programme with comprehensive trainer’s delivery materials to address Bechtel’s requirements.

 

We trained 40 facilitators from countries within the region to deliver the programme and worked with them to adjust the content to suit local culture.

 

The programme has been delivered in Europe, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and India. 

BUPA

BUPA required a programme to develop specific leadership competencies and focus managers upon delivering its brand values to internal and external customers.

 

We were involved in designing and delivering an intensive 3.5 day residential programme that provided a “cathartic” experience and individual “journey” for each participant.

 

The programme – "Leading One Life" has todate been attended by over 1,300 managers.  

Energis

Energis, the leading telecommunications company, required a programme to train and accredit its managers to conduct professional selection interviews and make hiring decisions.

 

Loxton Consulting Group designed and delivered an intensive two-day programme requiring managers to complete a written test and conduct an assessed interview with an actor, who posed as a job applicant, in order to gain accreditation.

 

The course was attended by over 250 managers and, in addition to designing and delivering the programme, we managed accreditation of those attending, provided verbal feedback to all participants and handled venue and accommodation management.  

Office Of The Deputy Prime Minister 

ODPM required a management development programme that would accelerate the development and subsequent promotion of a cadre of 30 managers.

 

We designed and delivered a two-year programme incorporating ten, two-day modules, 1:1 coaching to assist in analysing and addressing individual development needs and online 360° feedback assessing progress against the appropriate management competencies.
